Great location, friendly staff

The hotel location is great, easy to find and easy access to tourist spots. The hotel staff is very friendly and they have waters with flavors and candy in the lobby to help yourself to, as well as a croissant or fruit if you head out early - we’ve not seen this in other hotels so this was a great touch. Elevators can only be activated with your room key so it’s a great safety feature for a city center hotel. The only negative would be the bathroom. Throughout the bathroom there were short strands of hair, going all the way up to the ceiling on the tiles. They were clearly not ours and we feel the room any have been cleaned in a rush as the rest of the room was impeccable. For €260 a night I don’t expect towels with holes in them! We’ve stayed at cheaper hotels and more expensive hotels throughout our time in Europe and this was the only hotel with a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and with holes in towels. It really questions the value for money. That said, we booked a classic, standard room and it was huge! We felt we perhaps got an unmentioned upgrade, as that’s how big it was.

A nice downtown hotel

A nice downtown hotel located in the heart of Brussels near the central railway station. Good travel connections within Brussels and outside. Good for business visits and tourismю A little worn out inside, but the overall impression is good.

Great location

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel except the loud music at night. The view facing the square was beautiful but we would have prefered a quiet room. The location was great. It was really close to the main sights and the main railway station. There was shabbiness but that did not bother us. On the whole, I would recommend this hotel and would return to it if I could have a room without a view.
