Students with all diplomas and degrees, especially Business Management and Administration, Tourism, Engineering and Law. As well as students of Professional Training and masters students, whether in the hotel industry or not. An excellent level of English is highly desirable, as well as a command of the local language.
Internships in: Marketing, Online Distribution, Administration and Finance, Environment and Engineering, Human Resources, Purchasing and Sales Departments.
Duration: Between 6 – 12 months.
Location: Central offices in Madrid and Barcelona
In Italy:
The internship program in Italy is based on the collaboration with the main Universities and Schools of Higher Education, where our Managers and General Managers go to present our Company to students and where we offer curricular and extracurricular internship opportunities.
The main characteristics of our internships are:
• Duration 3 – 6 months
• Tutoring by a coach
• Expenses refund in case of extracurricular internship
All our internships are based on a on the job learning program; interns works side by side to our managers and our teams of specialists, who give them feedback on their performances and on the progress of the internship project. Internships are available both in our hotels, at Front Office, Restaurant or Kitchen Departments, and in Central Offices (HR, Purchasing, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Booking, Revenue and IT Departments). Internships in Italy become a very important moment in the life of students / new graduates, because it is the first opportunity to verify the choices they made during their education, to understand more clearly what they would like to do once they “grow up” and to identify their strengths, interests and improvement areas.
