For group reservations (company, tourist or sports) we have a more de-centralized organization, with Group Sales Offices in the main countries we operate in (Spain, Italy, Germany, Holland, Mexico and Argentina). The aim is to provide a swift response and professional management of follow up and negotiation procedures.
In all our reservation centers, one of the main objectives is cross selling and optimizing occupation over the whole inventory.
