NH Hotel Group’s loyalty program, NH Rewards, won the «210 Award» for the Europe and Africa region at the Freddie Awards 2019, the most prestigious loyalty program awards in the travel industry at a worldwide level.
Following its renewal in 2018, the NH Rewards program has implemented new formulas for recognizing the loyalty of its members. In fact, the «210 Award» category seeks to identify and acknowledge programs that, with moderate penetration, lead the value proposition for their customers in terms of loyalty. At this year’s event, the Freddie Awards organization has valued more than seven million votes from frequent travelers from all over the world.
