Prices
We have reserved hotel rooms for your event with a special tariff.
€ 150,90 per room per night including breakfast, but excluding city tax for single use.
Guarantee extra’s
The hotel will ask for a credit card upon arrival, as a guarantee for extra’s.
Arrival and departure
The hotel rooms are reserved from 15.00 hours upon arrival and until 12.00 hours on the day of departure.
No-show
In case of no show or late cancellation the costs will be charged to credit card which is provided to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation without any charges up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case the reservation is cancelled later, the hotel has the right to charge you for the total cost of the hotel reservation (taxes included).
Reservations can be made until 13 October 2025.
After this date, requested reservations are based upon availability for the best available rate.
