In the world of 21st century events, water confidence is a vital aspect considered a basic, along with other safety and security measures, so make sure you know what to look out for.
Water. H2O. The elixir of life. When choosing a partner and a venue, 99% of event planners won’t even ask about the controls companies have regarding their various forms of water treatment. As stated before, this is an aspect you consider as basic: and so you should! Dedicating any amount of worry to this is not your responsibility – even less of your trusting attendees – and it should be 100% covered by the partner you select.

Well, first of all, we consider this matter our number one priority. It’s included in our security and health practices. We have put in place controls that are stricter, with more regular checks, than the law demands. Not a day passes where we don’t double-check all our installations. Our automated and manual processes are combined both internally with our maintenance team and externally with contracted companies.
Well, the water used in our installations is tested to make sure that the level of pH and chlorine respects the regulations and guarantees that the water is 100% drinkable.
Also when the water needs to be stored, it is kept in highly controlled tanks in line with applicable regulations, and we empty these once or twice a year to make sure that they are in a perfect state, thus guaranteeing that nothing can cause contamination. We also use “shock treatments” at least once a year, as required by health legislation.
And as we’ve said, we like to go beyond the standard legislative practices by having external authorities visiting twice the number of times required each year. As Audrey Hepburn once said, “Water is life, and clean water means health”.
