The 12 signs of the zodiac are split into four ‘element’ groupings of fire, water, earth and air. In our second of four parts, we decided to have some fun and consider what a standard FIRE element event planner would be like if they followed some of the key attributes given by astrologers.

You happen to have been born in one of the periods on the zodiac chart showing that your sign is Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19), Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 22) or Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21) and thus you fall into the element group of fire. How wonderful for those who get to attend the events that you’re involved in planning. The passion that fills your fiery personality leads to all sorts of fun through your adventurous nature. Every room needs lighting of course, but you organize lighting to be admired. Guests need breaks to stay fresh and focused, and you look at ways to make those breaks ever more tempting. And your enthusiasm, often through the efforts made in the planning of the event’s attributes, is contagious, meaning you’ll see extra engagement from your attendees.

And keeping everything dynamic is key to your event strategy. Why have only internal rooms when there’s an expansive outdoor alternative waiting to be embraced.
