From this overview, you can begin to build your meeting or event, virtually. Where will the tables and chairs be situated? How best can you maximize the speaker’s podium? What is the most efficient route to have attendees move to a tempting break? Then go further and choose the type of seating you require, the material for curtains, the type of screens or charts that will work best for your audience. All this done from your own office and as it’s created in three dimensions, you can review your work from a variety of perspectives.
