We have recently returned home to Australia after travelling for six weeks and NH Helsinki was one of our favourite hotels. The hotel is in a fabulous central location within easy walking distance to explore the historic city, shopping, trams and central station. Tip - ask the hotel best way to get there if you are walking with bags from the train station. All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, professional and helpful. We would like to send a special thank you to Neihana who was always on hand to assist and answer our many questions, offering great recommendations as this was our first time in Helsinki. We greatly appreciated you going over and above to make our stay perfection. Our stylish room was well-designed with great attention to detail especially the lighting. The room was extremely clean with a large window allowing lots of natural light, the bed was extremely comfortable, air con that you could easily adjust to your preferred temperature, bathroom design was beautiful and functional, we always appreciate a walk-in shower with great water pressure. Coffee and Tea making facilities along with complimentary water is always welcomed. The breakfast was a standout, so many healthy options and catered for all dietary requirements. Breakfast on the weekends until 1pm is a fabulous idea that I wish more hotels would offer. Thank you for an amazing stay, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend staying at NH Helsinki and look forward to returning.
