The Customer will receive a check book with vouchers, according to the booking total amount of the reservation (VAT Included): o 50€ voucher check book will be delivered for reservations between 500€ to 999€ o 100€ voucher check book will be delivered for reservations between 1.000€ to 1.499€ o 150€ voucher check book will be delivered for reservations of 1.500€ or more.
The voucher books will be delivered during the check-in process at the Front Office of the participating hotel. Only one voucher book will be delivered by reservation according to the total amount of the booking.
Vouchers can only be used at the hotel where the customer is staying, and cannot be used at other hotels.
Vouchers will only be valid during the customer's stay. Once the customer checks-out, those vouchers will expire and will not be able to be used. The value worth of the vouchers after check-out will not be reimbursed nor used to pay for the room accommodation.
Voucher can be used as a payment method of the 50% of a service price, as a maximum. The remaining amount must be charged to the room or paid in the moment of consumption.
If the customer does not spend all the voucher credit given, there will be no reimbursement in cash or credit. The vouchers have no monetary value and will not be exchanged for cash or credit. Vouchers can only be used for a 50% discount on the extra services available.
Vouchers are not reimbursable and will not be given any change-back. If customer pays with a voucher a higher amount than needed, there will be no cashback given.
Vouchers will have a value of 10€ and 20€ only per note.

Una buena idea si vas a Taormina

Hotel recién renovado perteneciente al segmento top de NH (Collection) y excelentemente ubicado junto a las calles comerciales principales de Taormina. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes (es Italia) pero están bien y tienen todo lo necesario. Los baños tienen una ducha de muy buena calidad. Lo mejor del hotel es una piscina volada sobre el lobby a la que han tenido el detalle de crear transparencias mediante vidrios que dan al lobby, con lo que ves a la gente bañarse desde abajo. Es increíble la terraza, pero solamente la abren y la sirven en temporada alta. Las vistas son impagables y el tamaño, también, teniendo en cuenta lo apretado que es todo en estos pueblos. Muy buen servicio, teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones de Italia (horarios, sindicalización), donde todo está pensado para hacer más fácil la vidad al trabajador, no al cliente. Tiene mérito lo que NH ha conseguido fuera de España. Mucho mérito.

un hotel fantástico a la altura de una ciudad fantástica

hemos pasado la Samana Santa en Taormina. No hemos podido elegir major hotel. El servicio fantastico, la localización excelente (andando a los prinicipales lugares de interés), las habitaciones y el resto de instalaciones en perfecto estado. La terraza con unas vistas increibles y la piscina increible. Por ponerle una pega, que no estuviera abierto el bar de la terraza (aunque te sirven los pedidos)
