The property is located in PRIME spot. You are in center of El Centro. Walking distance from everything inside the Wall City. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with tourism, direction, or recommendation. Overall hotel is excellent the lower ratings are due to personal preference (hard mattress, and previous stay cost). Everything is going up in the area, Cartegena is getting expensive in my opinion.
I liked everything about hotel, except I had to pay a large amount to bring a guest to room, not to spend night but to visit. I felt this totally outrageous. A person staying that long spending money in restaurant and giving everyone a tip and you charged for a visit, not good
Best value for your money.Very friendly and helpful staff.In the center of old city.. Very colorful and vivid location. Close to many restaurants and souvenir shops. Very clean room, Local food and decent prices in it’s restaurant.Highly recommended.
