Stayed for 4 nights, very nice room with a view of the fountain. Room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious. Staff is very friendly. Location is perfect for visiting the 3 museums as well as the centre of Madrid.
This hotel has a great location and good rooms, bathroom amenities are appreciated for a work traveller. Great breakfast buffet as well.
Great location literally across the street from the Prado museum and within walking distance of all the great sights in Centro including the Royal Palace. Room was very comfortable and quiet; bathroom and rainfall shower were excellent. We had a private terrace and it was a plus. The rooftop gym gives you 360 degree views of the city though the gym didn’t have a great selection of cardio equipment. Overall, it was excellent.
Hotel is in a great location,with welcoming, helpful staff. Breakfast was heavenly with real fruit juices a bonus! We arrived early, our room was ready. Overall superb.
Very good location to arts, shops. The room had many amenities, such as a hot kettle and fancy coffeemaker. They loaned a converter, because my plug did not fit. Staff always greeted me coming and going. The bathroom had a bidet and commode. The placard for the emergency location exits glowed in the dark. Great idea. I had never see that before. The shower had more knobs than I knew what to do with. I was with a group that had just gotten off an Ama ship, so it was part of the package extension. The breakfast buffet offered to the tour group was extensive.
Ama Waterway selected this hotel for our 3 day post river cruise and we were delighted at quality of this hotel. We had the perfect setting, close to everything we could walk to with our tour guide.Restaurants galore, tapas everywhere you looked, The Prada Museum was fantastic and just across the street from the hotel. I can go on and on and on......... we were 12 couples on the Douro River Cruise from Portugal to Spain.
We stayed here at the end of a 14 day family vacation. We so appreciated the easy check-in and the friendly staff at the front desk. The location is about a 5 minute walk to the Prado. As tourists we appreciated the location. Breakfast was wonderful! No complaints. We would certainly stay here again.
This is a great property. The staff was very friendly. The facility was very nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel was in a great location and close to many areas of interest. Would stay there again.
