I've stayed at this hotel 15 times over the past four years. The hotel, rooms, hospitality, and very accommodating professional and friendly staff make this one of Medellin's best hotels. A special thanks to the bellman José. He treated me like a friend and like family again! I travel often. This hotel is 5‐Star in all categories. And the El Poblado location is unsurpassed and very secure.
