Staff is profesional, warm-hearted and helpfull. Location is just perfect - you can get on foot to many atrcations, restaurants, bars etc. in just a few minutes. Next to the hotel is a beautiful park. The room itself is very well designed and bed is comfortable. Definitely recommended!
We really liked the hotel. Location excellent and the room tasteful and comfortable. We had lost some luggage along the way and we needed some assistance from the receptionist, upon arrival. Daniele and his female colleague were wonderful. They sorted out the problem and made sure we were reunited with our lost bag. We cannot thank them enough.
I can't recommend this hotel enough. Not only is it perfectly situated, the staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming and should you require breakfast, the breakfast buffet offers an amazing choice. One slight problem on my most recent stay was the normally adequate free wi-fi. This time the connection was poor and slow - whether that was due to the position of the room or a fault with the hub. I didn't complain because it wasn't a serious matter but it was an inconvenience
