NH Royal Teleport is a treasure. The service is perfect. My suite had a large table to work on and to accommodate meetings and two bathrooms. It is close to two shopping centers and a highway for easier movement during hours of traffic. Maybe the room service could have more variety, but the hotels is close to wonderful restaurants.
NH Royal Teleport is easily the best business hotel in Bogota. The staff are helpful, the breakfast perfect, the suites have a large table for meetings and a second bathroom. The mail service is excellent and the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. The only changes I would make would be to place sub zero small refrigerator in every room and a hand unit where there is only a rain head shower.
I was here for 5 weeks on business, teaching classes in their conference rooms. I would rate this hotel very good to excellent. Service and responsiveness to requests were excellent! I was a little surprised at the weaker English skills at the front desk compared to some of the other high-end hotels I've stayed at in Bogota, but hey, it's in Colombia!
NH has the best staff in Bogota. The location of the hotel allows easy access to the city and is in between two shopping centers. The wifi is excellent and the breakfast is also excellent. The food in room service has been improved and the baby beef top quality. I have nothing negative to say. I find the hotel the best value in Bogota.
First time in Bogotá. Staff hospitality, food, services, and room were great, better the location in front of the business center and near main routes. Recommended for business and next time in Colombia.
Well located hotel, very clean at all times (including sanitation stations all around), very professional and friendly staff available 24/7. Excellent breakfast and meals. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.
NH Collection Teleport Royal is the best business hotel in Bogota. The staff is perfect, the internet is strong, the location between two shopping centers optimal, the suites have two bathrooms and the main area of the suites have a large table for work or conferences. There are also separate meetings rooms. It would be good to finally fix the swimming pool. Also the hotel should hire a chef as the food offerings are not the best. I would suggest a best refrigerator for the rooms. (Also please close the NH property in Montevideo which is a disaster. Overall a great hotel with the best staff in Bogota.
I stayed in the suite with mountain view. The suite was amazing, the bed was very comfortable. There was no mini bar in the room due to covid, room service was a little slow to bring drinks. The breakfast buffet was amazing and very clean. I felt very safe at this hotel. Most of the staff I encountered spoke English. I definitely recommend this hotel!!
