Ish greeted myself and my fiancee as we arrived later than scheduled due to flight issues. Amex benefits were amazing. Ish informed us of those and completely surprised us with a complimentary upgrade. Ish also helped us pick a few restaurants to pick from that were open late, he helped us with our scheduling of events and honestly made us feel like we are at home.
This modern hotel is about a 15 minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica, and a block away from a superb shopping district. The staff were very accommodating (shout out to Marika and Lorenzo at the concierge desk, and to Roberto and Mattie in the bar/restaurant). The rooms were excellent, and the showers had great water pressure. Would stay here again.
Closed to all best attractions in Rome and at the same time you are at a typical Rome neighborhood. Excellent restaurants and gelateria .

We were a family of four in 2 rooms. Our boys (young adults) enjoyed the convenience of the onsite gym. Our room was a suite style room that came with all the amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions with a smile and guided us to convenient spots - railway station, taxi, and recommendations for great local restaurants. Hotel served a great breakfast which meant that we didn't need to worry about lunch. We also enjoyed easy access to a local supermarket within the hotel building. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!
We just had a quick stay as I was dropping my daughter off for her study abroad program. The location was perfect as it is only a few blocks from St Johns University. They had upgraded us to a family room which gave my daughter and I plenty of room and personal space. Highly recommend if traveling with children. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the touristy areas but still accessible to everything. We were able to easily use public transportation to get to and from the airport. Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful when we had questions etc. Look forward to returning again soon!
I totally loved my stay and am going back there in 3 days. Love the NH group of hotels and it’s always my first choice to see if they have a hotel in the city.
We stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful time! The hotel is conveniently located away from the super crowded tourist areas and is clean and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. The Deco market is right next door and is great for any items you may need especially water, snacks, drinks, etc. The breakfast buffet was very good but I was misinformed that we could add it at the discounted price at anytime during our stay. You have to decide when you check in if you want the daily buffet or not. Overall, the room was spacious except for the small bathroom, comfortable, and the A/C worked great (definitely needed in July). There's also a safe for any valuables. Would definitely stay here again!!
