Io e mia moglie abbiamo approfittato di un breve soggiorno regalo presso questa struttura dal 06.09 al 08.09.2024. L'edificio è un pò datato ma, nel complesso il soggiorno è stato ottimo. Alla reception ci ha accolti la sig.ra Loredana che è stata cortese e gentilissima durante tutto il soggiorno e ci ha dato delle ottime dritte anche su eventi e luoghi caratteristici da poter visitare. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e spazia dal dolce al salato con l'aggiunta di prodotti tipici siciliani. il pranzo offre qualche piatto freddo mentre la cena presso il ristorante vantava pochi piatti ma eccellenti. Anche il resto dello staff è sempre pronto e preparato per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Lo consigliamo Abbiamo approfittato sia del relax del luogo molto silenzioso sia della bella piscina.
Encantada con el hotel y con el personal (tuvimos un problema con el coche de alquiler y nos ayudaron muchísimo) El hotel estaba muy limpio, muy cómodas las habitaciones con terrazas con bonitas vistas al Caltagirone, muy útil la piscina ya que nos coincidió en plena ola de calor. Abundantes desayunos. Muy contenta con este hotel
This hotel lies in a quiet area of the city yet within walking distance from everything in Caltagirone. The service, hospitality, food, and amenities were excellent. Will definitely recommend it!
Very nice Hotel, a little outside the city centre of caltagirone but this is compensated with a stunning view of Caltagirone and breathtaking views of the valley and sunset. Great value for Money and residing in a historic and traditional building was very very nice.
Not too easy to find by road. It is necessary to identify the location before setting off on your journey. In all respects we were satisfied with the hotel and the staff. The evening meal was generally OK but as it was out of season the staff were not really geared up for us.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni eccellente, colazione a buffet ricca e varia. Molto tranquillo per chi vuole riposare, consigliato qualsiasi sia la motivazione del viaggio.
Grand hôtel avec certainement une belle construction originale! Si l’entretien intérieur est soigné, cela n’est pas le cas des extérieurs. Ont nous propose un restaurant avec un chef incroyable, il n’en est rien! Le bar est désert et l’hôtel est clairement un stop and go pour de nombreux voyages organisés! Il est cependant bien situé pour tous ceux qui veulent faire des aller-retour d’une journée pour des excursions!
