• Refundable rate subject to availability and valid only in participating hotels (NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento, NH Collection Madrid Paseo del Prado, NH Collection Madrid Palacio de Tepa, NH Collection Murano Villa, NH Collection Madrid Suecia, NH Collection Madrid Colón and Avani Palazzo Moscova Milan).

• It is necessary to contact the hotel 48 hours before arrival to reserve your treatment.
• The total number of children allowed per room depends on the hotel and room type.
• "Wellness Package" allows free cancellation until 2 days before Arrival (“Free Cancellation Deadline”). If the cancellation is done once the Free Cancellation Deadline has elapsed, i.e. less than 2 days before Arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of 1 night stay, and no cancellations, or modifications will be accepted. For avoidance of doubt arrival shall be considered at 18:00 hours.

• You will earn a minimum of 5 gift DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) for every booking made through the NH website, regardless of the rate.
