First Business trip to Barcelona, Spain and it went well due to my experience with NH Hotels. Thanks and keep the good work ON for future as well.. Nice breakfast offering, surrounded with good coffee shops especially the one I tried Hidden Cafe, L'illa mall is nearby, so on many things are there for one to explore when you are there at this hotel in Barcelona.
Good location, friendly staff, nice room With a lovely terrace. I only missed to have a service like iron and iron table im the room... Excellent restaurant on the ground floor with good service. I would recommend to stay in
This is not a brand new hotel but it's well kept and clean. I love the variety and quality of breakfast as well as the kindness of staff. Rooms are also nice and quite. Will come back again. See you soon.
Everything was good. The bed was very good quality. Hotel's staff were friendly and professional. I really like that hotel and I can recommended to my friends and colleagues. Please, to add coffee maker or kettle in a room.
The best was the breakfast and friendly staff. However the wifi is insufficient to work during my stay. I also had a terrible experience because one of the rooms had loud music the entire night and the reception was unable to solve it.
It took three tries before I was given the right room for my reservation. Each time I came down to reception, the employee on duty was standing in front of the hotel with her back to the reception area. She was talking on her mobile phone, clearly engaged in a personal conversation. Each time, I had to wait until she finished her phone call, as she never bothered to check to see that there were customers waiting for assistance. In addition, the third (and final) room I was given was not in great condition, despite having been refurbished in the last 6 months. The paint/plaster on the pillar in the middle of the room was chipping and the debris had not been swept from the floor. In addition, the deadbolt lock did not work, because the paneling around the door had not been trimmed and blocked the locking mechanism from functioning properly.
We traveled to Barcelona for family vacation. Location - close to the metro station, not very close to the city center. Foom was quite big, we also have a balcony. Breakfast was very good but quite expensive. We were offered a room service which eventualy wasnt able to happen becase lady at the bar was busy to bring us our order.... Newx time we will visit Barcelone we will most probably choose hotel closer to the center.
