Hotel is very clean and comfortable; great pillows. Food for breakfast is fresh, baked goods are of great quality. IBreakfast is varied with fruit, cheeses, hams and other protein sources. Service is fantastic, all personnel are nice and ready to support. Loved staying here!
Very friendly staff, everything went well! We came for our anniversary so they gave us a very nice room with balcony and awesome view! We could see the Citta Alta from our balcony! Thanks for everything!
The hotel is very elegant and situated in a good location, close to the train and bus station, close to main tourist attractions. We had our room with view to Citta Alta, it was a quiet and pleasant room to stay in. Breakfast was very good and staff very politely and helpful. I will definitely return to NH Bergamo in the future and I am thankful to Andrea at the reception, he was very helpful and nice.

Very good stay in Bergamo for a long weekend, despite the rain in one day. The hotel is of high quality: good position near the city center, room very clean, kindliness of personnel, high quality breakfast for food and service as well.
I have stayed in this hotel before and had no hesitation returning. I was not disappointed. Staff are excellent, breakfast phenomenal and the hotel is immaculate. The location for my needs is second to none. I look forward to returning.
Great location near the train station and the bus stop towards the airport. Breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything was so tasteful.The room was clean and comfortable enough for 2 people but not very luminous. We would definitely stay in this hotel if we visit again Bergamo.
