Breakfast is our signature buffet, including fresh fruit, delicious pastries and breads, along with cheeses – all topped off with fresh juice, coffee, and eggs cooked to order.
Don't forget to try the delicious honey, courtesy of the hotel's very own bees (they live on the rooftop).
For dinner, the à la carte restaurant is a specialist in German and International dishes. It also has a lovely tapas menu.
And at the bar, you can order Parma ham and light snacks or sample our extensive range of spirits.

Breakfast

Prepared fresh each morning, the hotel’s breakfast buffet ensures a balanced, healthy start to your day. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more, such as the honey, directly from the bees on the rooftop. You can also request hot dishes made to order. If you are an early riser or have to leave before the buffet opens, ask reception about the availability of an earlybird breakfast.

International cuisine, gourmet regional dishes, and fine homemade desserts -- our restaurant serves sophisticated yet satisfying Mediterranean, international, and regional dishes in a warm, convivial and modern atmosphere. Guests can pair their meal with an aged cognac or carefully selected glass of wine from an extensive menu. In the warmer months, our summer terrace seats 40 for a breakfast, lunch, or dinner al fresco.

You’ll find the bar on the ground floor. It’s cozy and snug, with a fireplace and is open from 6.00pm to 1am.
There’s a cocktail menu, along with wines and, of course, German beers. If you can’t decide, ask the friendly barman – he’ll be happy to give you a recommendation!
There are light bites like Parma ham, and you can order a meal in the bar too.
