The hotel is in a great location in Bogotá, close to parks and malls, and grat typical restuarant Andrés Carne de Res. Starff and service are first class, and the accomodations are very nice and clean.
This hotel was excellent due to the quality of the rooms, the friendlyness of the reception and the people in the restaurant, the quality of the food and its location in a lively area with many restaurants and coffee corners.
This was the 2nd time for me in this Hotel. All is fine and many restaurants at walking distance. The rooms are ok and the food in the restaurant was good. Friendly personal but the knowledge of english in the restaurant could be better.
This hotel is very well located. You can find several restaurants closer from hotel. Not necessary car/taxis to reach them. The hotel has all facilities to stay a pleasure stay independently if you will be for business or pleasure. I strongly recommend
The NH Bogota Pavillion Royal Hotel is located in a very nice area in Bogota. The hotel is good and the staff very friendly. Good options for breakfast. One night I tried the restaurant of the hotel and I was surprised with the quality of the food.
Outstanding service levels, quality, convenience, and value. The most valued asset were the staff that works at the hotel and restaurant. Overall they exceeded my expectations. Having spent three weeks at the hotel I was able to interact a lot and must say, this hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly, highly recommend it to others.
the hotel is nice and is well located and it is one block away from the parque 93. They should have more variety for breakfast. The customer service is really good, rooms are not that new and I think furniture should be replaced for a newer one.
