Everything in this hotel is ok except the restaurant which is very poor. The possibility to leave the car in the underground garage whilst one is abroad is an asset as is the free shuttle service to the airport.
I appreciated the ride from the airport at night and then to the airport in the morning. When the hotel's van was full, the hotel provided a cab drver with a voucher to take me there. I was sorry that my flight was too early to take advance of their breakfast/

Hotel situated next to train station thus easy access when arriving into Brussels and close to airport. Provided courtesy bus to airport. Driver gave instructions on where to go when getting off bus. Very comfortable 1 night stay.
Nice hotel on a nice place. Something might be improved, as always. Coffee machine for better coffee and if a guest use some tea, it would be nice to complement for another day. Small shop at the reception - instead of minibar - kind of good solution. Location is good for people who want to stay close to the airport but with a good transport option to the city center - there is train station right in front of the hotel.
I stayed here for 3 nights on a business visit. - 1st day I didn't need house keeping and ensure the house keeping to know about it - 2nd and 3rd day I put the sign for house keeping to clean the room but they didn't I sent multiple e-mail enquiring about the parking facilities and I did not get any reply and once I arrived I was informed that I'll be paying €20 per day for parking. The rest was good, nice room, comfy bed, good internet, nice breakfast and dinner services were good.
Good location in Diegem business Park.Two mins from train station for Brussels Central or Midi/Zuid for the Eurostar.
