Great location, great breakfast, friendly staff, clean. Teas and coffee are quality brands and are regularly supplemented and are free. The rooms need to be renovated. The doors and closets are a bit peeled off.
The location is great, +/- 5 minute walk from the Grand Place, the room was clean and nice, even if a bit small. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a great option for a short stay as it allows you to maneuver either to the old part of town or to the shopping district, which are both within walking distance. There are plenty of options for breakfast outside the hotel if you choose the non-breakfast included option, when booking the room.
The hotel is a very good location, no more than 10 minutes from Grand Place and from Brussel Centraal. But the breakfast was really expensive (25€) which is not worth if only want to have a coffee and a croissant.
As usual, it was a pleasure to stay at this very central hotel, with very kind staff, modern facilities and great breakfast. I use it normally when I travel to Brussels on business. I appreciate they have stopped offering individual small bottles for gel and shampoo and instead they offer refillable dispensers.
My stay NH Grand Place Arenberg was very good. The staff is very friendly and kind! The sweets and fruits in the reception ware a plus! Unfortunately I do not appreciate bathtub in the bathroom. Besides that, everything was perfect!
I was there for a second time, but this time the impression was very poor, the room was bad maintained, the bathroom was small and old (the worst I have been for years). And the coffee machine was broken and leaking water.
