A perfect place to stay in Buenos Aires. Well located, good services, kind personnel. We have chosen for a suite, which was surprisingly large. The hotel is meters away from the main tourist points of the city, so that you can go walking to them and sightseeing. Surely a place to return on next trips.
Comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast, could have more salty options. The hotel is very well located, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly especially Viviana and Alejandro. I recommend this hotel.
I liked very much this hotel. It's location is good for who is doing tourism or business in that zone. There are lot of tourisms points and good restaurants near hotel.The staf of hotel is good and kindly. I recomend.
We were at the hotel during the G20, so it was a strange environment. Lots of police throughout the city, but no traffic on the Friday. Easy walks to the Plaza de Mayo in on direction, and the cemetery in the other. Don't miss dinner at Las Nazarenes.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the NH Buenos Aires Florida Hotel. We appreciated the downtown location, near the Florida Street, with walking access to shops, restaurants, monuments, and the Casa Rosada. The breakfast menu was varied, healthy, and nutritious. The staff was courteous and professional.
VERY Reasonable for such a great place to stay clean quite room close to the mall and lots of shopping We got there early and was allowed to check in early and check out late very accommodating staff. Every time I emailed them got a response immediately .
The hotel location was very good, personnel helpful and friendly, room was small but had all required for my trip. Gym and sauna was on repairs, available 1 day after leaving. Pool was closed and forgot to go after 1st day so can't comment.
I was in for business so the location was perfect for my needs and amenities were not as much on my mind. The room was adequate, with many sockets, and even usb ports for charging equipment. It was sufficiently clean, spacious, and serviceable although if you're looking for frills, or something more boutique, this would not be it. The greatest problems with the room(s) I had were trickling water sounds, general noise (thin walls), and faulty keys/locks in one, and heavy and seemingly unchangeable heating in the other (moved because of the key/lock issue); I could open the window, but felt guilty for environmental reasons. The first room's wifi was dodgy whilst the second's was more consistent. The second room was also blessedly quieter. However, the staff were friendly and helpful with the problems that arose. They were truly lovely (Viviana especially). The breakfast is nice (and was included in my conference rate, so cannot speak for value): pastries, fruits, and coffee, meats and cheeses, and some hot items I did not try. That said, this location is rife with cortado/medialuna offers, so those wishing to go out won't have too much of a problem sorting breakfast.
