Transports

From the airport

Parayas Airport is located around 5km south of Santander. To get to the hotel you can take a taxi, bus or rent a car. If you are self-driving, take the A8 highway into the city and continue on Marques de la Hermida St. until you reach Paseo Pereda. At the roundabout near the Maritime Club, turn left and the hotel is at the end of the street. Half-hourly bus services from the airport to the central bus station start at 6:40 am daily running until 11:00 pm. The bus station is located near the railway station. From there, take local bus #20 which stops right by the hotel.

From the train station

From the train stations:
Santander has two railway stations located side by side. Getting from them to the NH Ciudad de Santander is an easy 20-minute walk. However, for guests who don’t want to take the stroll, local bus #20 runs from the stations to Casimiro Sainz St. right by the hotel.

By car

From Bilbao:
From the center of Bilbao head south on Calle de la Tenderia and turn right at Calle de la Ribera.
Turn left onto Mesedeetako Zubia, cross the river and take the first left.
Turn right onto Calle de San Francisco/N-634.
Turn left onto Gorte Kalea and then immediately veer right onto Bruno Mauricio Zabala Kalea.
Turn right onto Calle Xenpelar and then left at Calle de Juan Garay.
After 400m, merge onto E-70/A-8 and continue onto Autovia S-10/S-10, (following the signs to Santander) as the road becomes Calle del Marques de la Hermida, Calle de Antonio Lopez and continue straight through the roundabout onto Paseo de la Pereda.
After around 800m, at the roundabout at Plaza de Matias Montero take the second exit onto Calle de Casimiro Sainz.
After another 300m, turn left at the roundabout onto Calle del Sol. Turn right at Paseo de Menendez Pelayo.
The hotel is on your left 80m from the intersection.

From Torrelavega/Palencia/Madrid:
Head west on Calle Gran Via out of Madrid and continue straight as it becomes Plaza de Espana and Calle de la Princesa.
Veer slightly left as it becomes Av del Arco de la Victoria and continue onto Av de Puerta de Hierro (A-6).
Stay on A-6 for around 37km and continue onto AP-6.
After 140km, take exit 181 to merge onto E-80/A-62 to Valladolid/Burgos.
After another 64km, take exit 88 and merge onto A-67 heading toward Palencia/Santander.
After around 180km, continue onto the Autovia Cantabria-Meseta then take the exit onto A-8.
After 2km, take exit 230 (bypassing Torrelavega) to merge onto Autovia Cantabria-Meseta/A-67 heading to Santander.
After 21km, merge onto Autovia S-10.
Continue on as the road becomes Calle del Marques de la Hermida then Calle de Antonio Lopez then continue straight through the roundabout onto Paseo de la Pereda.
After around 800m, at the roundabout at Plaza de Matias Montero take the second exit onto Calle de Casimiro Sainz.
After another 300m, turn left at the roundabout onto Calle del Sol.
Turn right at Paseo de Menendez Pelayo
The hotel is on your left 80m from the intersection
