From Arturo Merino Benitez Airport, you can take a shuttle bus service to the city's main hotels. You may also take an official taxi, or the bus to the Pajaritos metro station, and transfer to the Salvador metro station.
From the Estación Central train station, you can take the metro at the Universidad de Santiago metro station. Or you can take a taxi, via Av. Bernardo O´Higgins (Alameda) to Av. Condell.
Take the exit to Avenida Libertador Bernardo O´Higgins.
Turn right when you reach Avenida Libertador Bernardo O´Higgins.
Go straight until you reach Plaza Italia.
The street name changes to Avenida Providencia.
Continue straight until you reach Avenida Condell (about five blocks).
Turn right an you will see the hotel on the left-hand side.
From the north:
Take Avenida Merced and turn left onto Avenida EEUU.
Turn right on Avenida Namur.
Take Avenida Namur to Avenida Alameda Bernardo O'Higgins.
Turn right on Avenida Condell.
You will see the hotel on the left-hand side.
From the south:
Take Avenida Seminario to Avenida Providencia.
Turn right.
Turn right on Avenida Condell.
You will see the hotel on the left-hand side.
From the west:
Take Avenida Libertador Bernado O´Higgins.
Continue straight until your reach Plaza Italia.
At Plaza Italia the street becomes Avenida 11 Septiembre.
Continue straight until you reach Avenida Condell.
Turn right on Avenida Condell.
You will see the hotel on the left-hand side.
From the east:
Take Avenida Providencia.
Continue straight until you reach Avenida Condell.
Turn left on Avenida Condell.
You will see the hotel on the left-hand side.

The resaturant is mediocre and offers very little choices in a city like Santiago. Location is excellent within walking distance of many interesting places including nice and local restaurants. Convenient also to Subway sytem stops.
overall very good, the room is big, separate bedroom and living room makes it like home. The service very good, nice and kind people with smile on their face always. Except a little cracking noise from the bathroom...
