Staying in this hotel not for the 1st and definitely not for the last time, I'd like to highlight the top service it offers and competence and customer orientation of it's staff. The location is perfect! Close to metro/bus/tram and within walking distance to the city center. Lots of high level restaurants and cafes are close to the hotel + a big supermarket with lots of shops. A big bonus is that the hotel is pet friendly and our cat enjoyed the stay being treated as a real guest. Our family would recommend the hotel to stay in while being in Barcelona.
I had a great experience during my stay. The staff was very responsive and adaptable as I arrived early in the morning before checking start. They offered a great service quality while I was waiting for my room to be ready. High five to the whole staff during my week to the hotel. The buffet for the breakfast 10/10.
This hotel is amazing and plush, the decor is top notch and it's definitely a high class 4 star hotel, well worth the rating. It was clean and the bed was massive and super comfortable. The service was great and managed to get a 3 hour extra late checkout option by asking at reception. The location is good, a bit further away from the night life but easily reachable by cab, would stay again
The hotel is in a very good location -safe area, great transport links, lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel staff is very dedicated and polite. Rooms have great soundproofing -the best I've ever experienced. The breakfast is something of a different level- quite likely many five star hotels don't have such a nice selection of food. Hard to pick anything negative.

Exemplary breakfast and service. Wonderful rooftop pool. Amazing bathrooms. Convenient to everything and amazing food and drinks within steps.
The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall with many shops within a short drive to the center of Barcelona. The staff is very nice and friendly especially Sarah.The spa was excellent and the staff makes sure it is not crowded so that everyone can enjoy it.
