I stayed at the Bogota WTC Royal with my friend for our last night in Bogota and we LOVED it. We checked in later around 8PM and were greeted by friendly staff who remembered my name from when I booked over the phone almost a month before. The entire staff serving breakfast the next morning was extremely attentive and helpful. Utmost gratitude to everyone on the team for all of the special touches and amazing service. Will definitely be staying here again when I return to Colombia in a few months!
Awesome attention to guests and solutions friendly... food on the menu was excellent Loved the Salmon/Steak/Mil Hojas. Communication with guest was open and friendly on all topics warning about transportation matters and assisting to acquire.
Very good atmosphere and service from the staff. Good food and very good restaurant options very close.Access to the rooms in the second tower is a bit tricky. The business area is very good. Check in and check out were fast.
The hotel is amazing, all employees were very efficient and attentive to guests requests. The room was also big, well equipped with a good shower, amenities, beverages and snacks. It has a nice work table, which allowed me to work from there and the internet was very good and worked even during a quick blackout we have had. Breakfast unbelievable.
This hotel is excellent. Well located and very nice over all. I would recommend it 100 percent. Next time I go to Bogota, I already know where to stay, so it will be easier for me to plan my trip. Thanks a lot
Stay for a long time (1 month) - loved the place and the room service - great breakfast - great location if you want to ride your bicycle in the challenging climbs east of Bogota - I strongly recommend
