Great Location

There is a subway/metro/Subte stop (C line, San Martin) right on the corner and this is a huge advantage for getting around the city conveniently, so buy your SUBE card right away (90 pesos for card to load money onto, then only 19 pesos per ride, very cheap). The suites are spacious and very comfortable. Wifi was fast and reliable. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but there is a lot of choice and tasty -- hot and cold savory choices, fruit, yogurt, cereal, lots of delicious breads and pastries. The front desk is friendly and helpful and can assist with booking day trips (the day-long visit to Estancia Santa Susana was great) and airport transfers and such. Their English is good. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Buena Ubicación.

Nice people, good service in general and multiple ways of public transport connections. Location is improving, as well as services. The breakfast has a lot of choices and it is a pleasure to take it. Congratulations.

Excellent

The hotel is excellent, breakfast very good, locatization very good close to Plaza de San Martin, personal very friendly. Every morning we asked for special food and they did without problems. I love the hotel.

A jewel in the heart of the city

The Crillon is superbly located. It is compact, spotlessly clean, and most elegantly designed. The staff's attention could not be nicer or more professional. Everything was done efficiently and with a smile.

Back at NH Buenos Aires Crillon.

All I can say is that it's a lovely hotel and it's always a pleasure to stay there. It's well located, nicely decorated and everyone's very friendly. I keep coming back whenever I visit Buenos Aires. I highly recommend it.

Good Stay

This was an excellent hotel for a short break, being convenient to most areas in the city. The food was good, but in particular the reception staff were excellent, giving clear, helpful information on all occasions.

A hotel to always come back!

We travel regularly to Buenos Aires and have stayed several times in this hotel. Its location is superb! Not only the view from some rooms or the restaurant is over a beautiful square with jacarandas blooming in spring, but it is also convenient for public transportation or main attractions. The kindness and efficiency of the staff makes you feel really welcome, and at home. The facilities are good, very comfortable beds, rooms of different sizes are available and breakfast buffet is generous. Finally, we appreciate to have all we need in a more familiar and warm environment than the huge luxury hotels.

Quiet location, freindly staff

For us it was easy to reach our business partners - good location, quiet room, wifi was with good quality- enabling to makeSkype calls, for example. great breakfast to start the day and very very fiendly people at reception :)
