Our 6 meeting rooms can host everything from training workshops to product launches. The largest room fits up to 250 people and all our rooms come fully equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual equipment.
We can also entertain private parties for up to 160 guests. For weddings, our chefs can help you devise a personalized menu for your wedding banquet.

Our friendly staff is at your service every step of the way to facilitate a successful event. From transportation to and from the hotel to special equipment requests and customized menus--we'll work with you to minimize worry and maximize the “wow” factor.
The emphasis here is on the rooms. They are beautifully decorated and have all the bells and whistles a hotel should have in 2023. Everything works and is very clean. Beds and bedding are comfortable. Views are great. Surrounding area is full of restaurants. Security guards on the streets. Uber easy to get. Public areas and in-house restaurant are a bit small. Breakfast buffet is great. I'd stay again.
This was our first time staying in Providencia. NH Collection was a great suggestion from a family member who mostly travels on business. We were there recreationally. It was pretty easy to access the main roads to go anywhere. There were many parks & great restaurants in walking distance. The parkade is on site & affordable. We had a lovely view. The bed was firm, but not stiff so very comfortable. The breakfast was chock full of delicious options. We look forward to our next stay here. We stayed a few nights & got a great deal.
We were invited to the Guadalajara Country Club for a week and found this hotel to be ideally located. The complimentary shuttle to GCC was an added bonus. The property a variety of great restaurants within a short walk including fast food (Carl's & Popeye's). One drawback is there is rarely a waiting taxi as the main access point is on a side street. The NH staff is quick to contact one and the wait is generally short. The only caution is with the NH Rewards program. Granted, you get 5% off the room rate for joining the program BUT, if you read the fine print in the Terms and Conditions, you do not collect points on your first stay. I think it is a poor way to start a loyalty program. Had I known this "loophole" I would have booked for 1 night and then made another booking for the other 9 nights of my stay.
