Wonderful stay , this Hotel is amazing for traveling with family and kids. Has a beautiful Spa the rooms are amazing the cleanliness of the rooms is great and with a wonderful breakfast buffet they had all sorts of different diets.
Very well located in city centre. Walking distance to underground, around 400 m. Clean and confortable rooms with internet access. Excelellent beds. Very good breakfast with a wider selection of foods.
Clean, excellent food, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful hotel, amazing food! Great location, in the walking distance of everything we needed. Great restoran nearby. Comfortable bed, Nespresso machine and pods in the room (refilled daily).
Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I even noticed that they were kind to someone who was a bit of an idiot. Everything worked. The gym is a bit small but it works. The blankets could be slightly better but I’m just nitpicking at this point. Can absolutely recommend.
Excellent location to reach to attractive places on foot and very near subway stations,. Excellent service of smiling staffs, Excellent variety of breakefast and very kind restaurant staffs. Excellent clean arrangement.
Our stay at NH Collection Hamburg City was wonderful! The hotel's location was fantastic, in a very interesting part of Hamburg, with easy access both to my conference site and to many other attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations to taxi bookings. The on-site breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection of food. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
