Stayed for 3 nights in a group of 6 friends. Staff were polite and efficient, lots of choice for breakfast and at the bar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Two minor faults were the key cards failed on a few occasion (probably an isolated issue due to outage) and the air con takes a good while to cool the room. Excellent overall would stay again if visiting Koln.

I had a wonderful experience at the NH Collection Koln Mediapark. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The room was cozy and comfortable. The location was good, and walking distance to downtown was around 15 minutes.
Great place to stay, super modern hotel. Quick and efficient checkin. Cold A/C. Comfy bed, hot shower with good water pressure, tasty breakfast. Convenient location, quiet area of town. Would highly recommend.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a break in Cologne. It is in a pleasant location on a lake, yet walking distance from the busy city centre. Having breakfast outside on the terrace in the sunshine was a treat.
I love the hotel, not only due to the regular NH quality, but this one in particular with its location (the breakfast outside at the lake side!) as well as the spectacular view. I had a great time, as usual.
Very nice hotel that is about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the centre. Easy check in and out, very clean with comfortable beds. I had a suite that was large with a large bathroom. Great view from the room.
