Our restaurant, DOMO, is often used for cocktail parties, receptions and other events. It's a unique space under the direction of Chef Ángel Aylagas.There's also a bar to enjoy an afternoon refreshment or a cocktail. To start the day, breakfast is made up of a wide range of carefully selected fresh produce, as well as local favorites, like churros.

This renowned cuisine uses meats and fish grilled over open grills, many preparations of vegetables, stews of lamb, tasty bean dishes, rich cheeses and delicious wines.

The Box Lunch & Dinner offers more than fifteen dishes, including several starters, ten tapas and a dessert. The experience can be enriched with two original pairing options: a selection of sparkling wines by Anna de Codorniú, and another traditional one, with vermouth, beer and a glass of wine.

The hotel offers a new version of its well-known The Box: The Box Brunch. A unique gastronomic experience, with more than ten dishes in small formats prepared by the hotel's executive chef, Ángel Aylagas.

Prepared fresh each morning, the hotel’s breakfast buffet ensures a balanced, healthy start to your day. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. Create your personalized vitamin packed juice, smoothie or milkshake in our Fresh Corner. Choose your favorite fruits, juices or toppings, place them in a container and give it to one of our waiters who will prepare it for you straightaway. You can also request hot dishes made to order. If you are an early riser or have to leave before the buffet opens, ask reception about the availability of an earlybird breakfast.
