For evening drinks, visit the roof terrace, then dine in The 99 Sushi Bar: with direct entrance from the hotel, here you'll find some of the best Japanese food in the city. It’s an ultra-chic space with show cooking and a tempting selection of dishes.

Prepared fresh each morning, the hotel’s breakfast buffet ensures a balanced, healthy start to your day. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. Create your personalized vitamin packed juice, smoothie or milkshake in our Fresh Corner. Choose your favorite fruits, juices or toppings, place them in a container and give it to one of our waiters who will prepare it for you straightaway. You can also request hot dishes made to order. If you are an early riser or have to leave before the buffet opens, ask reception about the availability of an earlybird breakfast.

Located on the ground floor of the hotel; Bar Colón combines first class drinks and service with casual cuisine in a great location. This comfortable space, designed by the Gabriel Corchero Studio, is open daily for both lunch and dinner.
