Hotel is in a great location, with less than a 10 minute walk to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Major, and museums. Excellent restaurants abound in the area. The price for our room was a good value, and hotel amenities were excellent. The staff was truly outstanding. Especially helpful were the guest relations people, who provided superb advice on area attractions and restaurants, plus made restaurant, train and airport transfer reservations.
Had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection Madrid ! Calm, cozy, chic, so central, could walk to reach all destinations. Friendly staff, good food, guests relations so helpful to arrange our stay and make us feel like home. I highly recommended if you stay in Madrid.
Just had a most pleasant stay at this centrally located hotel, at only 7 minutes walking distance from Puerta del Sol. The staff was welcoming, very accommodating and the property was well maintained and clean. Highly recommended!
Palacio de Tepa is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and an excellent breakfast. Location is perfect. It's just a minute walk to Plaza dde Santa Ana with many tapas bars and outdoor seating. The hotel is centrally located and a short walk to other restaurants, plazas, and sites. Our room on the 4th floor had French doors that opened to a small balcony and allowed for plenty of natural sunlight. The only fault we could find is that the batroom lighting was pretty dim.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palacio de Tepa! I booked a Jr. Suite which provided plenty of space with a wonderful balcony window. The room was very clean and offered several amenities. Hotel staff was responsive and kind. Wifi didn’t work properly in the room, so I went to the business area and it worked fine. This was an excellent value for a quality hotel and the proximity to shopping, restaurants, shows was spot on! I would definitely stay here again.
