This hotel was recommended by a previous guest and were very satisfied indeed. The staff were so helpful and friendly we instantly felt welcomed. We slept well and the room was beautifully looked after The hotel bar was also pleasant to sit in. We would defiantly stay a second time.
Hotel was excellent with complimentary bubbly on arrival. Room was fabulous and the shower was massive with enough space to fit a family. Turn down service was a great touch with pillow spray to help you sleep. Location was very central and we walked everywhere. Dinner at the restaurant was not good and the Espresso Martini was warm. Roof top bar had amazing views of the city. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel is in a perfect location for walking most anywhere. Rooms are beautiful. Service is exceptional. Each team member strives to provide whatever it is you need. Getting Taxi from the location is easy, But in such a great location to walk anywhere you want. Rooftop bar was beautiful with a great view. We also enjoyed the hidden bar for evening cocktails.
Though the room and the bed felt small for an American couple, the hotel staff, location (close to Gan Via, next to Metro and walking distance to Prado), 24x7 hot water, overall cleanliness, 2 elevators, convenience of continental breakfast onsite, complementary wifi and bottled water, crisp white linen and Nespresso machine more than made up for the minor shortcomings!!
We were so happy with our stay in the Madrid Suecia. The location is perfect - central but on a quiet side street so not noisy at all. The facilities were great. There is a good restaurant which does a very popular brunch at the weekend. The staff were friendly and super helpful.
Wonderful hotel with friendly staff and the roof bar is fantastic! The room was very nice and the location was excellent. A great place to stay in Madrid. Easily walkable to lots of tapas spots and many tourist locations.
Its' a second time we stay in this hotel. Best location, close to both Significant museums of Madrid and the park. Very friendly staff, very clean. The breakfast is good. Definitely recommend as your stay in Madrid
