The price of this newly renovated hotel was perfect for a simple long weekend stay. Bed was comfortable, the room clean if a bit small, but not a concern for me. The hotel was right in the city center, within 5 minutes of the Zocolo and plenty of shopping. We booked an excursion through the hotel which was also super nice and convenient!
The hotel was right in el centro histórico. You were only a walk away from restaurants and shops. The interior was absolutely stunning and not to mention the view. Loved how clean everything was kept. Would definitely come back!
I love this hotel. Husband & I stayed 2 weeks last year, and 6 nights this year. Every aspect of "hospitality" is top-notch. Good humored and helpful desk staff; they help with arranging cabs, directions, and make you feel fine about speaking no Spanish. Welcoming doorman. Nice service at the little lobby bar. Lovely seating areas in the lobby. Wonderful breakfast buffet and restaurant space. Clean clean clean. Modern rooms; quiet, great bed, just lovely everywhere. And the location is wonderful! Near terrific restaurants, walking to many traveler destinations (Zocalo, Cathedral, Templo Mayor, Bellas Artes, etc. etc.)
