Beautiful Hotel and Best Staff
Paolo, Margherita and Alberto and all other front desk staff are amazing and pleased to help and assist us. Always ready and trying to go above and beyond. Great customer service and friendly faces. Ciro and Riccardo at the bar area were fantastic as well. Great drinks and really quick and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well. This is a place to stay in Milan. Great hotel clean and fashionable. Rooftop bar and poop is amazing as well. Great location. Not too far from the highway if you are coming from the airport and subway is literally next door and will take you downtown in just a 5 or 10 minutes top. Also Great location if you want to stay close to the hotel as shopping mall is across the street basically with a great cute park. Love the area.
