Hotel is in a great locale w many things to walk to nearby. Staff is friendly and everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast buffet offers many options and is pretty tasty. There are many shopping and dining options in the mall as well as down the street. Great spot!
Staff is friendly, courteous and professional, my stays are always quiet, relaxing and comfortable, locations is a plus, safe and easy to access, restaurant is still under contingency measures, but they keep their promise.

Location is great, but Staff is even better, they are courteous, professional and knowledgeable, in spite of the years, the facilties are well maintained, views of the Mountains or the City are available to suit everyones likes, area is very safe and surroundings filled with dining options.
Excellent option to stay while in Monterrey in the San Pedro area. The gym is very good maintained. The hotel is very clean, inside a shopping center and near to different restaurants and near to Business and training areas. The bathroom is very spacious. The breakfast is great too.
good hotel, good location, from this hotel is very easy to connect to good restaurant, shopping mall and you can do outdoors sport in Chipinque natural park like walking, running or ride a bike, also near you can see nice views of the Monterrey city..
Excellent location, with good restaurants and shops around the hotel. The rooms have good beds, comfortable and cleans. The restaurant has a good menu, a excellent breakfast and the waiter are very kindly.
