The location of this hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the city centre. The staff are extremley friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The little extras in the hotel are great. I would definitely return and use other NH collection hotels.
I enjoyed the location of this hotel as you can explore nice places around within 20minutes of walk. The room is cozy, 3 options of pillows. The only thing which annoyed me at night was a very bright TV standby red light.
The location was fantastic for walking and the train station directly across the street. Clean, modern, spacious and beautiful. Felt safe. Rooms were comfortable. The bartender was terrible at making drinks, staying behind the bar, communicating, and wasn't friendly. Everyone else was an absolute pleasure.
Very clean and met our high standards! Would recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a quite stay to train station and easy walk to Xmas markets!
This hotel has been refurbished since my last visit about 7 years ago. There is no comparison. This is now as good as other BY Collection hotels and is massively improved since my last visit. Everything ran like clockwork, rooms ( 15th floor) were clean, quiet and had a great view. Breakfast was fantastic with just about everything you could want. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It's literally 2 minutes from central station which means the area can be a bit seedy but massive redevelopment of the area might address this in the future. Don't let this put you off though it's a lovely hotel.
The main reason for choosing NH München Bavaria was its proximity to the train station (Hbf) and the wide variety of city transit choices available. We did not opt for the breakfast but the on-site restaurant was very good for dinner. The second floor room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet (yes, the windows open a bit) given that the Hauptbahnhof was undergoing a thorough revamp. Near the hotel and around the Hbf were various characters hanging around but none of them caused us problems or even asked for money. We're from Los Angeles so this was no cause for anxiety for us. Yes, we would stay here again, especially because of all the transport options.

Hello! considering that I stayed at this hotel during Oktober fest, I can say that the price for one night's accommodation was a bit exaggerated, compared to the prices now. But what to do the pleasures cost! overall it was a pleasant experience! Mrs. Cosmina who served us at breakfast is particularly kind and helpful.
