The hotel was eccellent, particularly for the good and clean structures, kind staff , reliable wirlesse and rich breakfast. The only week point was represented by the dinners (a little bit overpriced) and there is a certain scarcity of shops in the surroundigs (particolarly the traditional ones - a little "souvenir shop" in the hotel could be appreciated).
The room is spacious with great layout. It is meticulously clean, there are handheld shower on one end and overhead shower on the other. Hot water and water flow are sufficient, beds and linens are quite comfortable. Check in is exceptionally inefficient.
We had a very nice stay at the NH Collection Quito. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel and our room was very clean and up to date. It was also close to the airport so getting there did not take very long.
Very nice hotel in quite & safe areay with tons of great restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Great staff, super helpul, arranged a rapid covid test in hotel lobby with quick 2h printed results. Bed wa super comfy and room very clean. And the room fridge was very appreciated
Excellent Wi-Fi with super fast upload and download speeds. Large room with functional and easy to use air conditioner and heater. Wall of windows providing a nice view of the city with at least one window that opened outward for fresh air. Excellent breakfast with lots of food, which was included in the room price.
The hotel is close to very nice restaurants in a good neighborhood. Staff is very polite and helpful. The room is clean and large. Nice towels and very spacious bathroom. It also has a good work station in the room.
This is a very good hotel, which showed great understanding under the COVID-19 restrictions for protective measures, safety, comfort and service. I stayed one week and the personalized attention was outstanding. If you need to in a hotel in Quito, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
