I was there five nighths in the middle of november an it was great, perfect location to move to all sites of interest in Rome, near of all transport stations, metro, bus, train, shopping stores,restaurants and to all the great monuments and marvelous sites that this city have to shareto the world. The attention of de reception personal great, bellboys, in general, people of the restaurant, all was very kind. I loved this hotel.
The location of the hotel is excellent- just next to train station. The staff right from reception to restaurant is really good, ready to walk that extra mile to meet your expectations. The breakfast spread was too good. We really enjoyed our stay. A minor issue- the air-conditioner in the room can be more effective.
We had a great trip in Italy celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary. Our stay at NH collection Roma Palazzo cinquecento was great.
Located on a glorious and historical site, the NH Cinquecento Hotel offers a luxurious and stay with very high level services. Breakfast is very rich and rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Never mind if the hotel is on one of the most congested areas of Rome, you hardly hear noises from the streets or the large square below.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Close by to all the transport facilities to make the stay even better. I will be back
Not our first stay and this time it was over the top,specially the staff on all levels,the breakfast and the offer to a free upgrade to a Premium XL room at the fourth floor!
The hotel was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff that made our trip very relaxed. The breakfast buffet was very good but the room-service food was slightly disappointing. We enjoyed our time here very much.
This hotel is very well located, it is stylish and above all personnel is professional and friendly. I am used to coming back quite often.
