Hotel is lovely, great location to visit Firenze. Our room was beautiful however as it was right under the rooftop bar we had people banging and scraping chairs back right over our bed all night so didn’t sleep until gone 1am and had to be up at 3am for a flight! Other than that it was amazing and the staff really couldn’t be more helpful, would stay again just not in that room!
This is a great hotel in Murano, super convenient location right next to the water taxi stop. The rooms are clean and spacious, the shower is amazing, the personnel is very friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel was modern with excellent air-conditioning. Front desk staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Perfect walkable distance to city centre and easy to access all excursions. Amazing breakfast buffet!
My stay at NH Hotel in Firenze was great! Breakfast choices were excellent. Staff is super friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spactious. I loved it had a pool on the roof. Kids had a great time. The hotel was located about 15 -20 mins from city center but it was an easy walk to all the places we visited. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Firenze.
Nice location, clean , and staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was exceptional with a nice view, bar and clean pool. Kids enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was good with lots of variety, fruits and cereals. Had self service coffee machines and the plenty of room in the breakfast area.
This hotel was amazing. The wonderful, friendly, helpful and engaging staff made us feel at home and like family. There is a beautiful view from the rooftop Narcisso Restaurant where we spent most evenings having dinner and cocktails. The swimming pool on the roof is an excellent place to cool down on a hot day. The breakfast buffet was among the best I've enjoyed. It's selections should satisfy the tastes of most international travelers. Did I say that the staff was amazing? The rooms were clean, comfortable and all plumbing worked as expected. The king size bed made up of two twin beds pushed together was a little awkward for intimate cuddling but I understand that this configuration is pretty standard at many hotels. The lobby area is beautiful and comfortable. The basic wi-fi was good enough for a non-glitchy Zoom meeting. I plan to return to this property and explore other NH Hotel properties.
thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to/from public transport - walked to most city sites and the roof top view was Stunning. Completely enjoyed the pool during this hot summer. (didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food). The room was spacious, quiet & comfortable. Would def return.
