Lovely hotel, with a relaxed vibe, rooms were clean and a good size. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast buffet had so many options, including gluten and dairy free. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again when I visit Hamburg.
Enjoyed my stay here in NH Hamburg. Great facilities in terms of the sauna and steam. The gym was a bit limited, but other aspects such as huge variety of breakfast choices etc made up for this.
Nice spacious and clean room and bathroom, easily accommodating the family, located on the main road with restaurants around and within a short drive to the city center.
Having stayed at the NH Altona 3 to 4 times a year over the past 6 years I know the hotel very well. The hotel and the amenities, room,s dining, bar etc are great, but what takes the experience to another level are the people! The people/staff at the NH Altona are all exceptional and always give friendly impeccable service.
Very clean friendly staff close to bus took a taxi to both Altona and HBH Room was very warm did not require air conditioner not much else lift worked ok Refrigerator in room only for show not connected
I stay at NH Hamburg 3-4 nights approx. once a month. The Staff is excellent and service levels are top. It is a very comfortable business hotel. As a regular iguest Ido feel recognised. Facilities are top class for the price. I am always happy to stay here.
We have stayed in this hotel twice and will definitely stay there again. The food is very good. The staff are efficient and very friendly. There is an excellent bus service straight outside as well, which make it easy for travelling around Hamburg.
The staff of the hotel is very friendly, the room was very clean, well maintained and quiet. There is a quite nice Bar in the entrance area of the hotel. Good location if you are busy in Altona itself.
