The check-in/check-out procedure was time consuming although the staff were polite and apologised for this. Initially there were some ussues with the aircon but these were reolved by day two. The room was very quiet, calm. The bathroom was extremely clean and the house staff helpful.
My wife and I were making our way around Northern Italy with a planned stop to explore Cinque Terre. NH La Spezia ended up being where we stayed, and the location worked out nicely. Easy cab to the train and even the walk back was not bad. La Spezia had enough to offer as well. We had a Jr suite, and the space and view were great, especially for the cost. Could use a little freshening up, especially the outside, but all in all, we were happy to have stayed.
Nice place, nice people, for us not the first time we will recomand you this place... We will come again ... see you next time. The XL bed and very comfortable The location facing the harbor easy to find and close to the boats and the pedestrian street with many restaurants on foot (if you need public parking place outside) ... Good quality mattresses, very kind staff, highly recommended to stay. The room was clean and confortable, spacious enaough. I would locate iron equipment if possible and would suggest to make some repairs (the door to the bathroom needed some repairs
Very comfortable bed, very nice breakfast buffet and extremely professional staff who are all very helpful. Hotel is ideally located to walk in to the town centre and is a short taxi ride from the station (approx. €10).
It's comfortable and well located with car parking just nearby. Shower temperature should be improved as it varies between cold and too hot. But it's in any case a good and very practical option for anybody visiting the area and/or in a business trip to the city.
This is a good hotel, but the price is way to high for what it offers. The rooms are small, specially the shower box, but it's very clean, the bed is comfortable and they provide good free wi-fi. The staff is friendly, receptive and efficient. Being a little picky: The bedroom curtains let more morning light in than I would like them to.
We stayed at this hotel in September 2023 and for a big chain hotel like NH the rooms were poor and shabby the bathroom was in poor condition too. This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade of the rooms and bathroom. The buffet in the morning was OK but due to shortage of staff there were tables not cleaned for other guests to use . Buffet items were running out and not being re stocked quickly enough. The location of the hotel is very good.
