We have 2 function rooms that hold up to 20 delegates. Both rooms have natural daylight, and are ideal for meetings. If asked, we can also arrange extras, like translators.
During breaks you can enjoy a meal or drink in our bar, or dine al fresco on the terrace.
And for smaller, less formal meetings, there’s always our bar.

A separate break area is available for coffee breaks during your event. Our hotel also offers a cozy outdoor summer terrace with relaxing surroundings as another option for your event. Additional services, such as tickets for the ARENA or other cultural highlights in Ludwigsburg, transfers, translators, photographers, etc. can be organized if previously requested. Standard equipment: data projector, screen, flip chart, w-lan, additional technical equipment is available on request.
