Excellent service, cleanliness and location. Excellent bed: great mattress and 2 different pillows to choose: thicker or thiner. A silent environment to sleep. I highly recommend this hotel in a beatiful and secure environment in the centre of Madrid :-))
Front desk was very nice and let me in my room early, I was so happy since I was exhausted from my overnight international flight. No hotel in my travels had ever allowed me in before check-in. Hotel was clean, cool and quiet. Perfect for a quick vacation in Spain.
Hotel nice, staff friendly, hotel well situated for me. Not in the center, but very near to where I had to go. Many bars and restaurants nearby, and many shops in general. Very good bus-connections to the center !
We arrived at Madrid Airport late on a Saturday night and wanted a room convenient to the Airport/Metro. NH PdlH is a short walk from the Colombia stop and we were happy to find out they have a 24 hour mini-bar service, with pre-made sandwiches and salads. Unfortunately only beer, no wine, but we managed. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything including printing they myriad of travel documents needed these days. We stayed in an older room one night and an updated room the other. Both were fine. We had to laugh however, the toilet in the updated room was so close to the wall you really had to side "side saddle" to use it. LOL.
The hotel is not too far from a Metro station (manageable with light rolling luggage) and is fairly close to to the football (soccer) stadium. The rooms are fine (mine was a bit small) and the decor is good. Breakfast quality is very good, but a little pricy (20 Euros) relative to similar buffet at other hotels. Would consider staying here again in the future if I needed to stay in this area.
Good hotel and a fare price with very attentive and nice staff. Good connection with Bus to downtown. Very close to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Could include brekfast though. Would consider this hotel again for my next stay
good stuff.good quality of the thing in the refrigerator.the room was little bit narrow. Before the staying, I worried about the location. But that was awesome.I thought that the station colombia was nearly unexpected and the security was not bad.
A nice hotel giving good value for money. I would rather grade it a strong 3*. Rooms are not big, bathroom tiny and ceiling very low. Breakfast very good, wide choice, a lot of fresh juices and a choice of different milk.
