This was my first trip to Spain. The front desk spoke English and I am a Spanish language illiterate. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was a good start to the day. An easy walk to the city center and museums even if it was 40C.
Excellent location, rooms are large and well kept with very comfortable beds. We were allowed a VERY early check-in because the room was ready and available which was an extremely nice touch. Excellent choice for a trip to Madrid.
I stayed at the hotel for 17 nights this October. The hotel was close to IE university and close to the main metro stations (Diego de Leon, Avenida America and Balboa). My comments: Friendly staff. Quick service. Comfy rooms. Spacious terrace. Strategic location. Cozy atmosphere. I strongly recommend it! Will book there again for sure for my next trip to Madrid.
The hotel is located close to shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were pristine. Had a great time at the bar. Very friendly staff. No problem with public transport: bus stop right there, metro station close by and plenty of taxis.
Location is great, close to bus terminal, many good restaurants and supermarkets. The room is clean and facility has been renovated recently. Hotel staffs are friendly and they checked the place for the breakfast even if it was on Sunday morning and there were not many places that were opened. I will stay there next time.
Good location, very clean and superb breakfast. Really close to Serrano Street and Castellana. Easy to arrive from the airport by taxi or by bus only takes 20 minutes. The staff is really kind and helpful.
The front desk, the room service and the restaurant folks were all cordial and helpful with any requests during our stay. The room was very spacious and clean and any request made was quickly tended to.
A great place to stay in Madrid. It is well located easy to walk to all places of interest and restaurants. Service is excellent, personal and always with a smile. Breakfast is great and bar service ids very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable.
