Really loved my time here at the NH Ventas. Felt super homey, and the breakfast was incredible. There were lots of little touches that made me really feel comfortable here. The room was always cleaned really well, and the pool also was an enjoyable touch.
what I can say in 3 sentences: all was perfect during my business trip. It's a quiet place I have apreciate that the hotel have booked a taxi for me at 5.15 am and when I when I made my check out the taxi driver as here, on time.
An excellent clean and welcoming hotel. The only fault I can find is a small amount of noise at night but that didn't prevent any sleep. The breakfast was great and varied and the service from the bar was great.
It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very welcoming and the room was clean. I only missed out on the bbc news in English. Not many restaurants around but we managed well. Breakfast was very good.
The location of the hotel is outside the city centre but within walking distance of a smooth metro connection. The swimmingpool is great! The breakfast buffet was super and well organised in covid times. We liked to have breakfast outside on the terrace. Rooms were clean, good shower.
Modern, well located and comfortable hotel, fast check-in with 24 hrs reception and very friendly reception staff. Cannot say the same about breakfast staff though (almost aggressive, very unfriendly). Issues: Impossible to warm-up the room and lack of blanket (had to call reception desk and promptly received a blanket.) Unfriendly breakfast staff. Slow Wi-Fi. Shower door did not close, allowing water out (I promptly stopped shower and dried water, but uncomfortable and unacceptable.)
The staff are so friendly. The range of food for room service was really good, and the pool is wonderful. The facilities in the room and bathroom are high quality. Any minor problems are easily solved.
